About Confidence Playbook

Confidence Playbook exists for professionals who know their work is good and want the way they communicate to match. We publish practical guides on the conversations that decide how seriously people take you at work: speaking up in meetings, briefing executives, handling condescension, negotiating, and presenting.

Our flagship product is The Credibility Code, a guide to the seven communication patterns that quietly undermine professional credibility and the language that replaces them. The free credibility quiz shows which of those patterns are active in your own responses.

How the articles are made

Articles are drafted with AI writing tools and structured around specific workplace scenarios. Our editorial standard is that a cited figure must link to its source, and an article whose sources cannot be verified is held back from publication. Articles published before that standard took effect are being reviewed and consolidated against it. Every article shows its publication date and, where it has been revised, its last update.
